Wool and Custom Fiber Spinning

Billie, our eldest, is the spinning expert of the family. Bill is an Alpaca Spin-off State Judge and very well versed in the field of fiber. She has won many awards for her spinning and takes great pride in the quality of her work. Her business as a custom fiber design artist fulfills her love for both the animal and the need for its product. She sells her skeins of quality off the farm and also custom spins your fiber tailored to fit your need. Billie has the knowledge to spin many different types of fibers. Nothing is too unusual for her as she has done a beloved dog’s fur blended with sheep wool to make a yarn that has special meaning.

Billie does group and private lessons on both the drop spindle and spinning wheel. She is available for classes, with knowledge tailored towards the art and the animal.

School art classes, 4-H clubs, home school groups, farms wanting to demonstrate the usefulness of their animals (let her add value to your product), can call for available class dates. Classes are available on the farm for beginners to advanced spinners.
